Steel City Terminal

Terminal was a challenge of scale—a small footprint set within a historic redevelopment of an industrial fruit warehouse. The design leans into tall ceilings and abundant natural light to create openness where square footage was limited. What emerged is a space that feels airy, intentional, and respectful of the building’s industrial past.
