Melwood transformed Steel City’s fulfillment center into a bespoke office and meeting space within a former sound stage in the heart of historic Oakland. The project balances utility and craft, preserving the building’s industrial character while reshaping it into a functional, focused environment. What was once purely operational is now a space built for collaboration, clarity, and long-term use.
